If you don't feel the shift within 30 days of purchase, we make it right — full refund or replacement, your choice. No lengthy forms. No return required. Just reach out and tell us what happened. We believe in this product completely and we stand behind it.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Prosperity Butter LLC offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases of Prosperity Butter products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the original order date, you are eligible for a full refund or a product replacement.

To initiate a return or refund, contact us at hello@prosperitybutter.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We do not require you to return the product to qualify for a refund under this guarantee.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under our 30-Day Guarantee:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original order date
  • The request must be submitted by the original purchaser
  • One refund or replacement per household per product
  • The guarantee applies to your first order of each product

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, including expedited shipping.

Order Cancellations

Because Prosperity Butter is handcrafted in small batches to order, we begin production quickly. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once an order has shipped, the 30-Day Guarantee applies.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges follow the same 30-day eligibility window.
