By accessing or using the website prosperitybutter.com and purchasing products from Prosperity Butter LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, scent profiles, and intended use. However, product appearance may vary slightly from photos due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Scent descriptions are subjective and your experience may vary.
Prosperity Butter products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition or skin sensitivity, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Intellectual Property
All content on prosperitybutter.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, brand copy, product names, the term "Smellgasm," the phrase "Come home to yourself," "The Arrival," "Your Awakening Begins Today," and all associated brand language — is the exclusive intellectual property of Prosperity Butter LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Prosperity Butter LLC. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions
We are offering a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution" section below. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer").
If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile text message from Us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting one of our team members to remove you from our list is not a reasonable means of opting out.
You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent is not a condition to purchase. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
You must have a wireless device of your own, be capable of two-way messaging, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. Message and data rates may apply.
Prosperity Butter LLC has no liability for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control.
This mobile messaging program is a service of Prosperity Butter LLC. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
