1. Our products

Prosperity products are cosmetic body-care products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known sensitivities to essential oils, patch-test on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before full use.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if we cancel, you'll receive a full refund. Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days at the subscription price until canceled. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next scheduled order at Manage Subscription. Charges appear from Prosperity Butter™.

4. Refunds

All purchases are covered by the 30-Day Shoulder Drop Guarantee.

5. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with the site, its content, or its services.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Prosperity name, lotus mark, product names, photography, and copy — belongs to Prosperity Butter™ and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperity Butter™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
