Handcrafted Processing Time

Prosperity Butter is handcrafted in small batches to order. This means your jar is made fresh when you place your order — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and quality-checked before it ships.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping is available, email us at hello@prosperitybutter.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved after 48 hours, email us at hello@prosperitybutter.com

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at hello@prosperitybutter.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
